All services provided by BrainyForce are custom-tailored to each client and project. The following conditions apply for cancellation:

  • Project-Based Services: You may cancel a project before the commencement of work by notifying us in writing. Once work has started, cancellation will be subject to the terms outlined in your Order Document.
  • Ongoing Services: For subscription-based or ongoing services, you may cancel with a written notice provided at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the charge for the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as detailed below:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If BrainyForce is unable to deliver the agreed services as outlined in the Order Document due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the work completed.
  • Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. Refunds or revisions will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed and the nature of the dissatisfaction.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Most services provided by BrainyForce are non-refundable due to the custom and digital nature of our work. Refunds will not be granted for services that have been fully delivered or if the project has significantly progressed. This will be clearly stated in your Order Document or service agreement.

4. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@brainyforce.me. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method used.

5. Modifications to Policy

BrainyForce reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.
